Brazil - Model 1941 Artillery Machete

This is not a common machete, was mainly worn by Brazilian soldiers of the artillery.
The machete is quite big and heavy. It is in excellent condition. The grip has a wooden covering which is grooved with angled lines. The metal on both the blade and the grip show no rust and only small signs of use. The sheath is covered with leather, which is in an excellent condition considering the age. The tip of the sheath is in metal also the beginning piece. The frog shown wear/space at the closure of the sheath.
