Argentine artillery machete also called '' Machete de Monte '. Manufactured in Solingen early 20th century.
It was mainly used by the commando’s of the Argentine army to make a way in the jungles or
for other purposes such as survival etc. Great nice piece of work of very high quality. The machete has no rust and the original leather of the blade is present. On the pommel are some slight black spots by holding the machete. The wood of the handle is good intact except some minor signs of use. The sheath is made of metal and has some spots of rust. The frog is not stamped and matching for this model.
