10 different Biedermeier / Art Deco boxes for jewellery and watches, made of glass and brass (end of the 19th to beginning of the 20th century)
In beautiful condition, partially stained, some areas with slight scratches, age-related signs of wear and tear

All the jewellery and watches boxes have a lid with faceted glass; one box has walls made of especially thick cut glass; some of the brass has been partially decorated with floral or classic Art Deco patterns. Some of the bottoms of the boxes have also been beautifully decorated (see photos).

Some of the interior bottoms have been fitted with embossed red leather; one jewellery box has a small velvet cushion on the inside with text embossed in gold, which reads: ‘BALL der freiwilligen Feuerwehr PENZING 24. Jänner 1914’, this is regarding a ball donation from the early 20th century; all the boxes can be easily opened and closed.

The collection consists of 10 old jewellery boxes.
