PHILIPS 22RH802/70Z Receiver + record player combination 1972

PHILIPS 22RH802/70Z Receiver + record player combination 1972
In exceptionally good condition, fully overhauled and 100% working

These Philips devices used to be greatly undervalued which is completely unjust. Despite its specified 2 x 12 W continuous at 8 ohms, the amplifier easily fills an average living room with a beautiful, warm sound.
The good belt-driven record player, equipped with a Philips GP400 cartridge, and a very sensitive FM stereo tuner with stunning channel separation and 5 presets make the whole complete. The AM tuner works, as far as there are still stations and falls outside of the “hi-fi norm”.
This combination is a gem for the lover of a compact, high-quality music source in technical as well as optical sense.
A crack in the inner plexiglass tuning scale (see photo) hinders me in calling the device “mint”.
For connections and fully noise-free controls: see photos.
Dimensions: W 584 x D 360 x H 170 mm - weight: 11 kg
