Technics SL 1810 in exceptionally good condition

Technics SL 1810 in exceptionally good condition
Very beautiful and original, 100% working

A very solidly build turntable in near mint condition you can enjoy without problems for years.

As can be seen in the photos, this SL 1810 is in near mint condition and fully original. There are almost no signs of wear, which is unusual for a record player of 40 years old.
The dust cover also has no scratches and looks like it came straight out of the store. This has not been polished again, but is in original condition.

This is a “no nonsense” turntable for the real vinyl enthusiast. The arm is lowered onto the record manually, and the arm is manually brought back to position at the end of the record.
Records turn properly.

The SL 1810 direct drive manual turntable was released in 1977. In that time, these were already highly sought-after record players, like the SL 1600 (automatic) and the SL 1700 (semi-automatic). Nowadays, this is a highly sought-after player because of its simplicity and its very beautiful and uncluttered design.

The SL 1810 is similar to the SL-1200 MK1 with electronic speed control and the same quick starting direct drive motor and heavy metal base. The steel sub chassis is suspended on the housing of the cast alloy by means of adjustable springs and rubber. This makes the SL 1810 very insensitive to vibration from outside.

The player comes with the original Technics 271 C ES cartridge with good needle.
The original adapter for singles is also included and a copy of the manual is also included.
Very special: the original box is even still included!

It shows from the specifications that this is a very high quality player for the real music player.
