The bracelet is made of 835 silver and hallmarked as such, additionally marked with the master's mark of Bartels & Sohn, Augsburg.
The bracelet consists of 8 links that become bigger towards the centre. They have floral openworked designs and are adorned with a total of 14 natural rubies in round faceted cuts. The central link carried a central oval natural opal with a fiery play of colour in gold-plated silver sockets. The bracelet can be fastened and unfastened via a tongue plug clasp with figure of eight safety catch.
The central link conceals a hand-wound clockwork that can be folded open at need.
This is also signed with Bartel & Sohn, the hand-wound movement is functional.
It is a very well-preserved jewellery bracelet from the 30s.
