Morris Minor Traveller 1000, first admission June 1966 with a 1098cc engine, 48 HP and a 4-speed transmission, RHD, deregistered German admission, it had an H-Kennzeichen, therefore authentic.
The car comes with a deregistered German admission, it’s very easy to register the car in another country!
Beautiful classic car, with a very nice interior and it drives lovely!
This Traveller had an engine overhaul in 2001, it was also given a warranty. All documents available for inspection. The engine works excellent. The gearbox also works fine, the brakes do need checking. It does brake, but could be better. The tyres are as new. Brake shoes are included. The woodwork is in reasonably good condition, some parts could be replaced in due course. The lacquer is neat, not new, but well-maintained. There is a small hole in the roof, see photos. Battery is poor.
Odometer reading: 12,986 miles
The car drives great and is suitable for modern day traffic thanks to the smooth and powerful engine.
In some areas, this car has been repaired at the bottom, this was neatly done, keep in mind that the car is 52 years old, and that it would require quite a lot of effort to make it even more beautiful!
The black leather front seats are from a later car, the back seat is original. You could convert it back to how it was but the current front seats are very comfortable.
This car also has a lot of positive aspects, like its beautiful colour. The interior is good and nice. The chrome parts are also neat, it’s nice and complete. A very fine car to drive in!
The Traveller has a lot of history, it comes with a folder with all kinds of documents, invoices, repair receipts and manuals are all included.
