Two canephorae finely chiselled in zamak - late 19th century
In good condition, with minor signs of wear

Both the figures are graceful and hold a vase on their shoulder (on different shoulders) and a cornucopia, symbol of abundance. They are finely chiselled (see faces, hair, drapery of the peplums and decorations of the vases).
The sculptures have a painted wooden base with faux marble effect on ochre-green background.
Please note: the small flaws on the wooden bases were removed with a later restoration.

diameter 13.4 cm
height 43.8 cm
1.84 kg.
Size of the 2nd sculpture:
diameter 13.2 cm
height 42.9 cm
1.91 kg.
