Inrô lacquered wood - 5 squares with Ojime and Manju "Dharmo" bronze and ivory - Japan - ca 1868-1912 (Meiji period)
Very pretty Inrô with 5 squares, in lacquered wood of golden colour decorated with tree and flowers inlaid with bright red, white and green colour with its Ojime in carved black wood and a Manju in carved bronze and gilding, with decoration of Dharmo, circled with elephant ivory.
Period: Meiji (1868/1912), circa 1890-1900
