Olivetti Valentine is a typewriter made by Olivetti S.p.a. It was created in 1968 from the design by Ettore Sottsass and Perry A. King. Production started the following year, 1969. In 1970 Sottsass won the Golden Compass prize.
The red model of the Valentine is part of the permanent collection of the Triennale Design Museum in Milan and of the Museum of Modern Art in New York.

Ribbon: in fabric (included), 13 mm tall; colour changed using the lever on the right hand side of the keyboard.
Line-spacings: three positions, plus zero.
Material: plastic, metal.
Made in Italy.
Condition: very good condition, ribbon runs, original case.
With retailer's label on the front of the body.
Defects: the rubber of the hooks to close the case are damaged.
