Rare and antique ivory netsuke depicting 2 Kara Shishi (Chinese Lion) sitting and resting on a sphere
One holding a movable sphere in its mouth

Fine antique patina, artefact from the Edo period.

Size: 4.8 cm

Possible gechu school

In very good condition, consistent with its age, with some natural veins on the ivory.

Japanese item from the Edo period.
The Item was produced prior to 1947, and is therefore in compliance with European Union regulations on ivory trade.
