Particularly beautiful compass House with compass - brass - second half 20th century

Description
Particularly beautiful compass House with compass - brass - second half 20th century
Russia

A very beautiful and special compass house. In a good state with a seperate closure of top with bottom (see photo 7). There are a few data on the item that unfortunately don’t say enough to me about the origin of the item. But I suspect Russia. An expert will undoubtedly know.
The following marks on it (see picture on the front):
1963: almost certainly the first year.
Then BEC 3,5 CHX KT-M1M K...
With some characters I do not recognize.
The compass house contains an oil lamp which is also in a good condition
There is a compass in it of which I have not been able to discover the brand. Unfortunately, the glass is not fully clear, but still good to read (see photos). But the North is still well marked. There is a small, not interfering, air bubble in the compass.
At the back of the compass house is a bracket on which you can hang it.
The many photos are a part of the description.
