Offering to you a very interesting and extremely rare Ferrari F.1 history memorabilia Lot:
official and original Ferrari factory letter sent from Maranello, Sept. 5th of 1969 to the Istituto Nazionale Assicurazione Infortuni ( I.N.A.I.L. = which still exists today) regarding the accidents insurance, relatively to the trip from Maranello to Monza of 1969 for the Italian Grand Prix.
The nine men were:
Mr. Dino Pignatti
Mr. Giulio Borsari (very famous Ferrari mechanic -- he wrote a book of his life with Ferrari and Niki Lauda)
Mr. Bruno Solmi
Mr. Giancarlo Bussi
Mr. Deo Seligardi
Mr. Pio Neri
Mr. Rolando Levoni
Mr. Erio Macchioni
Mr. Silvano Toni
the Ferrari letter is of course on Ferrari factory paper (very desirable) -- printed and signed by the Ferrari Director of Personnel.
With this interesting and very rare letter I give you with the Lot the fotocopy of the mechanics photo and name descriptions.
The photo was taken during a prize giving in South Africa by the South African Airways in 1971 (see the scan of the photo and back of the photo)
A very nice lot -- you will rarely find items like this for sale.
The letter is A4 and in good conditions .
