The case has several English sterling silver hallmarks, indicating the city of Chester with the year 1882.
The enamelled dial is in good condition as well.
The dial reads: "Centre Seconds Chronograph, 58070".

The movement is signed by the maker "N.
In addition, the timepiece is numbered 58070, the same number can be found on the dial.
The watch comes with a matching key.
The diameter of the pocket watch including button is 67 cm, without the crown it measures 57 mm.
This sturdy watch weighs no less than 168 grams!
