The car is sold in three versions, the Modena (a closed coupé), the Spider (a convertible) and the Challenge Stradale, a street legal race version of the Modena. In addition to these models for on the road, different F360s were released for the F360 Challenge racing series.
The 360 gets its name from its 3.6 litre V8 engine that produces 400 HP. The street version accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 4.3 seconds
The 360 was followed in 2004 by the Ferrari F430.
Presented in 1999 as the successor to the Ferrari F355 and designed by Pininfarina, the 360 was the first fully aluminium built bodywork of Ferrari. The 6-speed manual transmission was available as a manual or as a sequential (Formula 1-like) gear box. Won in 2001 in FIA GT Championship N-GT class
