Yaka "Yiteke" Fetish Figure, encrusted patina on the magical bundle abdomen, ht. 10 1/2 in. 28 cm.

PROVENANCE: The property of Gordon B. Lankton, Skinner Boston.

Wood, Textile and earth on this Yaka, standing power and protective figure, yiteke, with magical substance wrapped around the body, cracks in wood, one feet missing .
Nice shiny patina on the face, remains of red Tokula powder.

H= 28 cm, 31cm on his wood stand with a skinner etiquette on bottom.
