Savonette casing - year of manufacture 1840 key winding, hallmarked multiple times on the outer lid, inner lid and on pendant - 925 silver
Fiery gold-plated movement with early cylinder inhibition, solid silver pocket watch, movement with special dust protection, fiery gold-plated and signed D & W Morice - very nice condition. Signed DW Morice London Fenchurch Street London Nr. 6001 - balance fixed via a triple screwed diamond stone. Bracket florally hand engraved.

Casing worked classically smooth, side creasing All lids gold-plated on the inside and with decorative pattern.
Dial: white enamel dial in beautiful condition - Roman numerals - bar minute scale on the outside - small recessed second at 6 o'clock. Signed D&W Morice.
