2013 Chateau Carbonnieux Blanc - Pessac-Léognan Grand Cru Classé - 4 Bottles (0.75L)

Description
2013 Chateau Carbonnieux Blanc - Pessac-Léognan Grand Cru Classé - 4 Bottles (0.75L)
White wine - France - 92/100 points, Jeff Leve (The Wine Cellar Insider)

The 2015 Carbonnieux Blanc is a blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Semillon. It has a tightly curving grapefruit, white peach and citrus scent that unfolds slowly in the glass. After a few minutes it achieves an impressive harmony and focus. The palate is well defined at the entrance, very crisp and pure, leading to a salty finish that stays well in the mouth. This is a very well crafted Carbonnieux Blanc with class and poise. "
