Elegant oil/vinegar set with stand, made in Italy between the late 19th and the early 20th century.
The object features the typical San Marco style, with obvious Empire influences, discernible in the remarkably balanced and geometric setting, that gives harmony and balance to the whole piece.
The base has claw-shaped supporting feet clasping a sphere, while the compartments housing the cruets feature lion paws.
The silver title 800 and silversmith hallmarks are worn.
