Rare pair of cast iron art bookends, with tiered base (slightly oxide base), made by Carlier circa 1920, the two bases are signed and bear a stamp of foundry, these bookends were made at the end the artist’s career and at the beginning of the Art Deco period.
Very high quality craftsmanship.
