The Brut Classic is the soul of the Deutz house. This Champagne is the fruit of the assembly of several years of harvest. Each year, a variable proportion of reserve wine (from 20 to 40%) is incorporated into the cuvée to ensure consistency, complexity and typicity of the style of the house.
There is one-third of Pinot Noir, one-third of Chardonnay and one-third of Pinot Meunier. The harmony of the Brut Classic is due to the quality of the grapes (97% in the scale of the wines), the selection of the wines (from 20 to 30 come into its composition), all coming from the Marne.
The Brut Classic of the Deutz house offers a dress of a fairly strong gold color and presenting bubbles of great finesse.
On the nose, its bouquet is very expressive, it reveals first of all floral notes (hawthorns, white flower ...) then aromas of toast, marzipan and ripe fruit (apple, pear ...).
The mouth of Brut Classic Deutz combines the freshness of Chardonnay, the unctuousness of Pinot and an elegant vinosity. The aromas are well melted and the texture silky.
The wine rounds off at the end of the mouth on a very persistent fruity note
