Antique clock set for the mantle piece or to put on a stylish drawer chest.

Antique figures in patinated bronze and/or regule, close to that of J-Baptiste (Auguste Clesinger) who died in 1883, on a black marble base with 4 clawed feet.
Bevelled glass on the dial.
ALL INTACT.

Movement from the Paris Clockwork that functions perfectly fine, 'JAPY FRERES et Cie'.
Stamped 'Grand Medal of Honnor' used by Japy from 1889-1900 (see photos) Those of the clockmaker 'PHILIPPE' that existed in Rouen as well, rue de la savonnerie in the 19th century (see photo representing the workshop of this watchmaker on a post card from the time).

ALL IS IN EXCELLENT STATE OF PRESENTATION AND CONSERVATION.

Comes with its pendulum and original key.

Note that adjustments will be necessary after transport. Can be attended to by a connaisseur if needed.

Sent carefully in a DOUBLE CARDBOARD PACKAGE.
