Unique piece. Theatre binoculars like this are very hard to find. In real mother-of-parl with brass inserts. Internal optics are both engraved with the name of the renowned Lorenzo Suscipj, who was the optician and trusted photographer of His Majesty the King of Italy. His historical shop has been located in Via del Corso in Rome until the second half of 1800s, when the sons have moved to Via del Quirinale, always in Rome and retaining their name. This item dates back to the mid 1800s and it is in really good condition. A true museum piece.
