Vintage sailing yacht steering standerd complete with 2 bronze winch handels. The compass is a Sestrel dome type compass mounted on a bronze bracket slide. The compass made by the famous manufacturer Henry Browne Barking near London it is good working condition on bubble the cover lid works has the normal ge related patine tarnish. The stand is of teak 85mmX85mm the base plate maritime ply 250mmX250mm. Two heavy plastic pockets with the bronze winch handles 300mm long x35mm. The compass Sestrel no 13523/DV the width including bracket 160mm dia compass house 110mm. Height with bracket 200mm.. Please see the many photos as they are part of the listed discription Could be used again or would make a nice decoration in a nautical setting yacht club harbor pub Cafe hotel. Will be well packed for sending the compass will removed and packed with the standard to reduce the height of the box.
