Giuseppe Fortunato was born in Notaresco (Teramo) on 5 November 1956.
His artistic experience begun at a very young age: he had his first solo exhibition when he was only 26 years old.
Before he was thirty, in 1985, he exhibited at the prestigious Salle Roesselmann of the Koifhus in Colmar, France.
Throughout the 1990s, the artist started to be multidisciplinary, deepening his pictorial work together with sculpture, performances, installations, digital art and video art.
Between the late 1990s and the mid-2000s he devoted himself to the use of digital art.
At the same time he started with the series known as “Colate” since 2006.
