A Japanese cloisonné on bronze cachepot, Meiji Period (1868-1912), ca 11.8 cm. high and 12.1 cm. Ø.

On spreading foot, with reverse bell-shaped body decorated with so-called 'taotie' masks, outstanding mouth, the inside of the foot with casting irregularity (image #16).
