Florenza is based in New York and founded by renowned designer Dan Kasoff.
The company sold jewellery worldwide and was widely available in stores such as Lords & Taylor, Bloomingdale, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Bonwit Teller in the United States.
Most of the pieces reflect Victorian and Renaissance styles. Typical materials include antique metal for gold, enamel, carved cameos, matte and aurora borealis rock crystals. The cameos were of two types - hand cut in natural shell and mocha known as Wedgwood (Wedgwood Mocha) produced by the famous Wedgwood company.
