Strand of forteen antique red coral branch beads from the Mediterranean coasts of Morocco sourced in the Tafilalt Valley (South East Morocco) where is used in traditional jewelry and as wealth object. Very nice intense red natural color.

Among amber and amazonite red coral is historicaly highly appreciate in traditional moroccan jewelry and amulets.

For many cultures the red color of coral and its organic characteristics gives it a propitious character and power against evil. It is also believed that coral is efficient against illness for who wears it.
