Moving to Capri, he was able to fully express his pictorial potential, so much to earn the title of "Painter Caprese", fully revealing the peculiar characteristics of his painting: the brightness and the vivid chromaticism achieved through a wide and instinctive brush stroke. His most painted themes, as we see in this painting were: the house, the garden, the pergolas, and the marinas. The painting has been analyzed at Wood's Lamp and does not have any remakes and the signature is connected to the canvas.
