View: Very intense ruby red, with violet reflections, impenetrable.
Smell: Very broad nose: from blackberry jam, to black pepper, passing through vegetable facets, cocoa and coffee souvenirs, balsamic notes, pipe tobacco.
Taste: The robustness of the wine is perceived, the freshness is remarkable, the tannin is noble and vibrant, ready to face a long aging. Soft, has a sweet finish and the persistence is unforgettable.
Pairings: It is enhanced with roasted red meat, game, game, cheeses and spicy cheeses. Given the long aging in bottle, it is recommended to decant it at least an hour and a half before consumption.
