Magnificent globular vessels of the Chimu / Peru culture (900-1200 AD)
The largest is orange / ochre and its dimensions are 22 x 19.5 x 12 cm.
It has representations of 3 priests in the front and a moon in the back
The smallest one is black and its dimensions are 14 x 11 x 7.5 cm.
It has representations of a priest and 2 birds on the sides.
Both are in perfect condition without restoration but with evident wear marks due to their age.
The 2 ceramics are part of a private collection in Spain. The collection was acquired in an important antiquarian in N.Y USA April 2007.
