Two impressionist flower still lifes (pendant) of brightly coloured violets and chrysanthemums. Both paintings are signed on the bottom left. In addition, the paintings have a vague stamp print of 'De houtbeurs, Hans Langezaal, Den Haag'.

Condition of the paintings and the frames
The painting are in good to excellent condition. The frames are in good condition and have signs of wear.

Short biography
Willem Johannes Pasman was born op 22-2-1905 in Amsterdam. At the age of 18, he left for Leiden. In the 1930s he was a pupil of Chris van der Windt. In addition, Pasman was a member of the Leiden School and of the painter and drawing society "Ars Amulae Naturae" in Leiden. In 1979, Pasman moved to Emmen, where he died in 1984.
