Original German firefighter’s helmet after a WWII model Stahlhelm.

This is a metal outer helmet with approx. 95% original paint, with ventilation holes, leather chin strap and leather / metal inner helmet, with the (often missing) top cushion in the helmet. The metal helmet was made after a German army helmet model Wehrmacht (Stahlhelm) from WWII.

The helmet is made in Germany, but used by the Dutch fire brigade directly after the war.

The leather of the back flap and chin strap is smooth, the lacing in the leather inside the helmet is missing.

Condition; In good complete condition, with features as described above and as seen in the photos.

The glass head is not included in the offer.
