A rare boxing memorabilia. A boxing glove signed by Marvin Halger.

Marvin Halger also known as Marvelous Marvin Hagler was born on May 23, 1954. He was a professional boxer between 1973 and 1987. He was the undisputed world champion in the middleweight class from 1980 to 1987.

Hagler won the world title against the Englishman Alan Minter on September 27, 1980. He defended his title against Roberto Durán, among others. On April 15, 1985, Hagler and Thomas Hearns participated in a fight that was touted as "The War". Hagler won by knockout in the third round. In 1987 he fought Sugar Ray Leonard and lost on the basis of a divided and controversial decision, many saw Hagler as the winner.

He has boxed 67 matches, 62 of which he won. Of the 62 games, he won 52 by a K.O.
