This beautiful sculpture dates back to circa 18th century. Made of oak, hand-carved. It represents a crowned character, surmounting a bunch of fruits; pomegranates, grapes...It comes from a church in Burgundy (France) and was mounted on the chancel of a stall. On the upper right side, a piece of wood was repaired and refastened with a tenon. At the back, a board that is not from the same period, is held by two screws.
