Set of two lithographs on wove paper. Unsigned and unnumbered
These lithographs are from the catalog of loose sheets that were published by Gallery Maeght in Zurich on the occasion of its exhibition ‘Peintures, gouaches, dessins’ in 1972. Besides several illustrations, a text by Manuel Gasser and an index of the exhibition, the catalog comprised a total of three lithographs in colors, which had been printed at Adrien Maeght imprimeur in Paris.
These lithographs in colors are in very good condition. It is hinged to a mat at the reverse upper edge. The frames is arer good condition with only minor signs of wear (the scratches might differ from the one's on images). The sheet-sized image measures 31.5 x 23 cm. The framed dimensions are 51.5 x 42 cm.
The second lithograph in colors by the Spanish artist Joan Miró served as the cover for a catalog of loose sheets that Gallery Maeght in Zurich published on the occasion of its exhibition ‘Peintures, gouaches, dessins’ in 1972. It comprised besides the cover lithograph two further lithographs in colors, which had been printed at Adrien Maeght imprimeur in Paris, as well as several illustrations, a text by Manuel Gasser and an index of the exhibition.
The two lithographs are ready for international shipment with UPS and are also available for self, collection.
