It is a truly exclusive piece belonging to the L series, made in 1989 and that has the magnificent 4030 calibre from Rolex, on a Zenith base, the first

As its main characteristic, it has on the dial what is known as "4 lines", as the rest of the models from the Daytona line have an extra line with the words "OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED", that this model does not have

Another sign of its identity is the inverted number "6" on the hour counter sub-dial of the chronograph function.

The third difference from the traditional Daytona line is the Oyster bracelet, completely brushed from the factory including the central link (the others are polished)

Comes serviced and with 12 month warranty.

Rolex had already made some magnificent chronographs before 1963 but in this year the Daytona saga was born. The sport chronograph of 3 sub-dials with tachometric bezel, Oyster case and manual wind movement is a cult classic. The subsequent automatic models (first with a calibre based on Zenith El-Primero and then one of their own) has gained a huge popularity in the last years and they still have plenty of DNA of the 70s.

Shipping via UPS insured, buyers outside of the EU will be responsible for the customs charges their country may have.
