Rare "scrimshaw" sperm whale tooth carved with a closed hand on a stick.
On one side two nude angels engraved with the inscription "Justice and Liberty WSM 1864".
on the other side an eagle's head with a ribbon in its beak with the inscription "FREE TRADE AND SAILORS RIGHTS" American slogan.
