Our IBIBIO mask can be attributed with great likelihood to the subgroup ‘EKET’, given its style characteristics.
The original ‘bird’s beak’ is otherwise frequently see with the ‘Ogoni’.

It originates from a former private collection in Brussels.

Half-hard wood type.
White, black and red painted.
Patinated interior.
Two flaws, broken off tips (on the right side).
Quite some wear due to use.
Two attachment holes.
Dust on the inside and outside.
