An excellent cutaway demonstration model of a single cylinder petrol engine, standing 35cm tall and weighing 1627g, the crankshaft hand operated by a crank at the rear, with functioning spark plug (if connected to a battery) that ignites exactly when the piston reaches its highest point. A cutaway carburator and air intake to the left demonstrate at a most basic level how the engine works. Probably of German manufacture, 1950's.
Condition: Generally very good. Some very small cracks in the aluminium air/petrol mix intake. Minor wear commensurate with age.
