Exquisite German silver sardine covered dish.
Consisting of flawless crystal dish on silver tray and silver lid.
Dated 1933

The crystal is beautifully cut and is flawless.

The silver is heavily made.
Weight silver: 425 grams.
Dimensions under plate: 21x17.5 cm

German marks with crescent and crown.
Content 800.
Master mark: MH Wilkens & Söhne active in Bremen - Hemelingen from 1810.
Court jewellers mark: Julius Hertz
The lid is hallmarked with Dutch tax mark.

Also suitable as a butter dish.
