Oval cast iron Doufeu roasting pan / casserole from the brand Cousances AC no 16 - factory acquired by Le Creuset in 1957 but until the 80s still producing under the name Cousances AC.

Doufeu, a cooking method invented by Le Creuset in 1932. Place cold water or ice cubes on the lid to increase the condensation in the pan! The taste is improved by the fact that underneath the lid, the water forms that constantly adds moisture to the meat, which makes it very tender and preserves the flavour.

Weight more than 6 KG (6367 grams)
