Impressive serving plate by Herend, among the most prestigious factories in Europe, in one of their most renowned decorative patterns, the Apponyi motif, created in the early 1900s for Hungarian count Albert Apponyi and used for the first time at the Elysee, for a lunch in honour of Austrian Emperor Franz Josef. Since then the pattern has been proposed in various colours, including the very well-known purple version.
With glossy gold accents.
