The 2018 gold swan was a limited print run of 5,000 coins. However, these MS-70 NGC coins have an inferior population to that of those that are untreated. An instant favourite of collectors, the swan series is known world wide.

The long-expected Gold Swan 2018 presents a new and exciting design. The 2018 version represents an emblem of a mother swan and her baby swimming gracefully on the water's surface. This coin is the second of an annual series of coins made from extra 1 ounce gold bars, so the motifs vary each year. The NGC encapsulation guarantee and protects your coin.
The Early Release tag guarantees that the coin was received by NGC in the first 30 days of issue. Mintage limited to 5,000 coins worldwide. Obverse: a depiction by Ian Rank-Broadley of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the face value and the date of 2018 are illustrated. Reverse: a representation of the unique, iconic animal of Western Australia swimming gracefully on the water with her cygnet.

The design has the inscriptions
"The gold Swan of Australia 1 ou 9999" and the mint mark from the Perth Mint "P.
