Recipient used to conserve milk in East Africa.
The lid in wickerwork is decorated with spirals, revealing a certain influence of the Tutsi of this region, this is a pot serving as receptacle for the milk of these breeders pastoralists living near the Nile.
The decoration is composed of bands of aluminum. The bottom is rounded.
Greasy patina. Very hard wood.
