A lot of 11 original hand-coloured engravings of owls.
Originally from "A History of British Birds" by Francis Orpen Morris, originally published in the period 1860 – 1890. The artist was Alexander Francis Lydon. Each print was coloured by hand. Six of these prints come from the early print, five have a larger page size and come from the print from 1903. Dimensions within the frame are 11 x 17 cm respectively 11 x 18. The hand-carved photo cardboard mats with an exterior size of approx. 20 x 30 are included.
