This clock seems to be a modern version of the Sallandse chair clock with its roof over the clock and the curved decoration on top. The roof features three wooden ornaments.
The clock has four brass feet on a base. Three bronze-coloured ornaments on the clock. The clock shows the moon phases. Within the numerals there is an engraving of two boats in front of a house and a name shield with the text "Thomas Tompion London". The sides have coloured panes.
The movement is made by FHS, type 241050. The clock strikes on three gong rods. The brass rod weights hang on copper chains. The cogs have been cleaned and oiled. The clock functions well and strikes every half hour. The bronze-coloured lens is decorated with flowers.
The clock can be picked up in Almere. Carefully packaged and shipped by registered and insured mail.
