Fine set of 4 soup dishes set by Meissen, among the oldest and most prestigious porcelain factories in the world, founded in Dresden in 1710 by will of August II the Strong, king of Saxony, becoming the first hard-paste porcelain factory in Europe.
The plates feature a strictly handmade decoration, with large central polychrome floral inserts on a bright white background, typical of Meissen creations.
