Nice city map in bird’s-eye view of Nové Zámky, a city in the south of Slovakia. The city is located on the Danube basin and used to be an important settlement.
Copper engraving, published in Antwerp by J. Peeters, ca. 1690. Part of a series of prints about the Turkish wars.
In good condition: print on nice never-folded paper with sufficient margins. Paper is slightly soiled and a bit tanned. Left margin is slightly frayed. Verso: blank.
