Shintaro Okazaki is a lesser known Shin Hanga artist who published with Unsodo
in Kyoto.
We have not been able yet to find any information about his life dates

The small cut in the lower right corner is not a damage to the print but a guide known as ‘Kento’ to properly allign the woodblocks used to apply each different colour.
